  1. No way do the Browns take Corey Liuget at their #1 pick, 6th in the draft. Their needs are in order: AJ Green, Patrick Petersen and Marcel Dareus. They will be happy to take an elite receiver in Green. No way he lasts until #10 pick.
Thanks for listing each team’s picks, much easier for everyone to see what their team will do.

    • Liuget is a but of a reach, I agree – but so was the Jaguars taking Tyson Aluala at pick 10 last season. The reason I have the Browns passing on their No.1 need (a WR) is because, Mike Holmgren in all of his season in Seattle never selected a WR in the first 5 round in any year. WR’s value is risky pick high in the draft, a lot of past bust – and while Green is my 3rd overall prospects I think he could slip, but you’re right…its unlikely. There will be good value left in the 2nd round for them to take a WR. Actually most experts believe even if Green is available, the Browns could chose Julio Jones ahead of him if they go WR at No.6. On the other hand, if you notice Peterson and Dareus are both gone as my mock plays out – and with a DL need (lose of Shaun Rogers, ect.) I think Liuget could be a surprise pick – not a lot of people know how good he is and how dominate he can be, especially getting to the QB from the DT spot. He is actually my 3rd rated DT behind Dareus and Fairley – but dont be surprised if his stock grows. You’re welcome for format of the post, I like seeing the Mock separated by teams myself.
